At Hello Sugarhouse, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all seasonal sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are securely attached to the garments.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
